MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- As Milwaukee prepares for the coronavirus, some people are taking serious precautions.
One Milwaukee resident, Charlie Quaintance, wore a hazmat suit to fly out of Mitchell International Airport this weekend.
He wore it during his entire flight to Florida, and said he used ice to cool himself on the plane.
As expected, it took more time to get through security but he says he's got an underlying health condition so he takes extra precautions.
"To protect from the Coronavirus, I've got a suppressed immune system due to my Crohn's and I didn't want to take any chances, and I had a Walter White costume laying around so I figured I'd wear it," said Quaintance.
Quaintance said he may just wear the mask on his return flight.
