Man walks into Police Station with gunshot wound

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating an early morning shooting today.  Around 2:25 AM a Milwaukee man walked into the District 5 Police Station at N 4^th and Locust Streets and  reported that he had been shot.  The man, no age given, was taken to a local hospital for treatment.  Details of the shooting are not clear at this time and the MPD is continuing to investigate the incident.
