Man tased after starting fight with MCSO deputies during traffic stop

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is in custody after a fight with Milwaukee County Sheriff's Deputies during a traffic stop.
It happened around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4 near 25th and St. Paul Ave in Milwuakee.
The sheriff's office says the driver, who was previously convicted of an OWI, was suspected of being intoxicated behind the wheel.
When deputies tried to arrest him, they say he started fighting with them.
We're told the man was tased, but it did not effect him, so more law enforcement was called to help.
They say the man was checked out by first responders and taken to the hospital.
We're told a loaded gun was found in his car.
No deputies were hurt.
