Man shot overnight following altercation

A 46-year-old man is recovering after being shot late Saturday night.

Police responded to the area of 13th Street and North Ave just before midnight.

Police said that the victim was shot following an altercation, but the circumstances surrounding that incident remain under investigation.

The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injuries.

There are currently no suspects in custody.
