Man Shot In Residence, Collapses and Dies In Street

The victim is identified as 46-year-old Sidney R. Smith. The Milwaukee Police Department is currently seeking a known male suspect.
ORIGINAL: The Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that occurred shortly before 1 a.m. in the 3800 block of N. 38th Street.
A male in his 20's was shot inside a residence during circumstances that are unclear at this time.
After being shot, the victim fled the residence on foot to the intersection of 35th and Vienna where he collapsed and died.
The investigation into this incident and the identification of the suspect(s) remains ongoing.
