MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man shot by UW-Milwaukee Police pleaded not guilty in court Monday morning.
Irie Payne Jr. is charged with bail jumping in a case unrelated to the campus shooting.
No charges have been filed yet in that case. Payne was supposed to appear for a jury trial the day before the shooting. He's due back in court on Friday.
