Man sentenced to 5 years after being convicted of striking an officer with vehicle in Glendale

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 20-year-old man was sentenced to 5 years in prison after being convicted of striking an officer with a vehicle in Glendale. 

Timothy Jinor-Riley was sentenced on Thursday, March 21.

According to the criminal complaint, Jinor-Riley was driving a car that hit a police officer near Port Washington Road and Good Hope on Aug. 25, 2023.

The officer, who was involved in an investigation, fired his weapon, wounding two suspects. 

Everyone survived the incident. 

Two other people were arrested along with Jinor-Riley. 

Jinor-Riley changed his plea to guilty in February, court documents show.
