Man sentenced to 12 years for having sex with child he met on facebook

BEAUMONT (KBMT) -- A Beaumont man has been sentenced to 12-years in prison for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Kevin Dewayne Riles, 23, was sentenced Monday.
Prosecutors say Riles is one of three men who engaged in sex with a 12-year-old who had left her Nederland home in 2012 without her parents' permission.
According to court documents, the victim was found in Riles' home. She told police that the men had sex with her. Video found on the girl's cell phone and on Riles' cell phone backed up the girl's statement.
Riles was indicted February 2013 on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He later pleaded guilty to second degree felony sexual assault.
