Man sentenced in connection to death of a Milwaukee toddler

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)  -- Devon Armour has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for his May 8 incident where he left a gun on a table that a 3-year-old boy got a hold of and fatally shot himself.

The Menasha resident was driving another man to a home near 31st and Michigan in Milwaukee to visit with family.

After the incident, Armour grabbed the gun and left the scene.

Armour brought the gun to the house, knowing there were children present.

Armour's sentence comes to two separate counts of reckless homicide and possession of a firearm by a felon.
