DANE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One of two men accused of robbing a Culver's which resulted in a man being scared to death has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Nicholas Ivy, 33, appeared in a Dane County courtroom Friday for his sentencing.
Authorities say workers were remodeling a Culver's in the Madison area back in June 2017.
They say Ivy and someone else held the workers at gunpoint while they robbed the restaurant.
One of the workers died from breathing complications.
