Milwaukee police say police say around 530 Thursday morning, a 51-year-old man was walking along 107th Street near Bradley when the driver of a Dodge Charger hit him.
He was taken to the hospital for serious injuries.
CBS 58 Crews on scene noticed that there aren't any sidewalks along these streets.
Something neighbors told CBS 58's Julie Parise they'd like to see installed and soon.
The driver of the car involved is a 33 year old Milwaukee woman who was taken into custody, but as of yet, no charges filed.
