Man fatally shot near 6th and Concordia, 40-year-old man arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting near 6th and Concordia.
It happened at 7:15 p.m. tonight and the victim was a 23-year-old Milwaukee male who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police also say a 40-year-old male was taken into custody.
Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office.
This is an ongoing investigation.
