Man dies when vehicle hits tree early Sunday morning

A one vehicle accident early Sunday morning has taken the life of a 39-year-old man, according to a news release from the Milwaukee Police Department.   According to the release, the man died after the vehicle he was driving left the road and struck a tree in the area of N Sherman Boulevard and W Derby Place around 1:40 AM Sunday.   The man was the sole occupant of the vehicle, according to Police.   The circumstances of what led up to the accident are still being investigated.
