Man Deported Twice to Mexico Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Local Child

A Milwaukee man that was deported twice to Mexico has been accused of sexually assaulting a child.

Cristian Sanchez was charged with sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age, child enticement, and refusing to aid an officer.

The man told the victim his name was Miguel Garcia.

He was a referee for soccer games at Schuetze Building in Waukesha and in Franklin at a facility.

When he was approached by police he allegedly handed over a false identification card.

Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office learned he was deported to Mexico twice.

The victim told police that she had known him for four months and he had repeatedly asked her for her phone number.

They regularly texted and he would text her messages that “he loved her.”

On one occasion he showed up to her school with flowers sprayed with men’s cologne.

She told police that he sat in the front seat of his car and she sat in the back seat and he tried to kiss her.

On January 29, the victim told police the defendant called her to the parking lot of the Schuetze Building.

He unzipped his jacket and told her to get closer to him to get warm.

He allegedly wrapped his arms around her waist and placed his hands on her butt.

He then allegedly rubbed his erect penis against the front part of her legs.
