Man crashes into light pole while fleeing sheriff's deputies

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man hit a light pole at the intersection of 91st and Bradley Rd. while attempting to elude law enforcement. We're told the man was an inmate on work release for a felony drug charge.
Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies tried to serve a felony warrant for the arrest of 37-year-old Twaun Gee around 9:20 a.m. While fleeing police Gee crashed and knocked down a traffic light pole at 91st St. and Bradley Rd. Gee was arrested, and transported to a hospital after complaining about chest pain.
According to the sherrif's office, Gee was sentenced to six months at the House of Corrections with Huber work release. We're told Gee cut his electronic monitory bracelet off on December 21st.
