MPD MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is facing a murder charge in connection to a lovers quarrel that prosecutors say turned deadly.
Hermelindo Martinez-Perez, 48, is accused of killing a man on Nov. 26, near Burnham and Winona Lane.
Prosecutors say he shot Ramon Olivares-Rogriguez, 43, after his wife admitted that they were having an affair.
Officials point to video and cell phone evidence that puts him in the area of the murder when it happened.
His bond is set at $100,000 and he'll be back in court next week.
