Elmbrook Schools parent files lawsuit against district mask policy
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man charged with shooting and killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner has been found competent to stand trial.
A doctor's report was returned for 26-year-old Jordan Fricke on Tuesday. He's accused of shooting at police who were serving a search warrant on the city's south side on February 6.
The gunfire killed Officer Rittner and Fricke is charged with first-degree homicide, reckless endangerment, and maintaining a drug house.
He's due back in court March 18 and his trial is scheduled to begin in July.
