MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The man charged in a Milwaukee homicide is back in Wisconsin after fleeing to California.
Victor Cintron was taken into custody on May 20 in Madera, California.
He appeared in Milwaukee County Court on Sunday. He is charged with shooting and killing 22-year-old Jose Rodriguez while he was at a stoplight near 27th and Forest Home with his girlfriend on May 3.
He is expected back in court June 5.
