MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 22-year-old West Allis man is bound over for trial for a freeway shooting incident earlier in August.
Austin Fountaine was in court Friday morning and waived his preliminary hearing. Fountaine is accused of shooting at another car on the Hawley Road off-ramp from westbound I-94. He told police he saw other cars following him and saw handguns in those cars. Fountaine is charged with endangering safety and with carrying a gun in violation of an injunction.
His next court date is August 20.
