Jacob Paradinovich pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless homicide in court Friday.
Prosecutors say he stabbed Tim Theis January 10 when a heated argument inside a car led to a physical altercation on the sidewalk near 80th and National.
Paradinovich told investigators he meant to stab Theis in the shoulder to disable him but missed and stabbed him in the head. Paradinovich will be back in court in February.
