Man Captured on Surveillance Abducting 7-Year-Old Sentenced 25 Years at Department of Health and Family Services

The man captured on surveillance video trying to abduct a 7-year-old girl was sentenced this morning.

Marquis Johnson will spend 25 years at the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services.

A doctor's report determined he was not guilty by reason of insanity.

It was in June of last year Johnson scooped up the little girl as she was walking.

He moved her a short distance away before she was able to kick free.
