Man arrested for OWI in front of West Bend Public Library

A 35-year-old man was arrested for OWI after police pulled him over in front of the West Bend Public Library.

A West Bend Police Officer observed an occupied vehicle parked with the engine running and lights on in front of the library on April 29th, shortly after 1 a.m.

The officer made contact with the male driver and observed signs that the driver was intoxicated.

The 35-year-old West Bend man failed standardized field sobriety tests and blew a .127% into a PBT.

He was arrested for OWI.
