Man arrested for 4th OWI after crashing into Racine home

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine man has been arrested for his 4th OWI after crashing into the porch of a home.

James Rolle, 61, is accused of crashing his car into a home in the 2300 block of Mohr Avenue around 10:20 p.m. on Saturday.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located Rolle swaying back and forth, unable to maintain his balance.

Officers also say Rolle had red bloodshot eyes, an odor of intoxicants, and couldn't be understood due to slurring his words.

He was arrested for 4th OWI.
