RACINE COUNTY (CBS 58) – A 39-year-old man was arrested Sunday evening for operating while intoxicated third offense with a child in the car.

According to the Racine County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the area near Seven Mile Rd. and Interstate 94 around 5:05 p.m. for a report of a car in the ditch.

A field sobriety test led to the arrest of Rosario Mendoza Conchi. Mendoza Conchi had a revoked license due to previous OWI convictions. He was taken to the Racine County Jail.

The 4-year-old child was wasn’t hurt and released to a family member.
