Man arrested for 11th OWI in Oconto County

OCONTO COUNTY (CBS 58) – A 66-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday morning for OWI 11^th offense.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Douglas Kluth of Green Bay was arrested near County Highway J and Brown Road. Authorities say Kluth parked his car and walked up to a trooper assisting with traffic direction around 1:11 a.m.

The trooper observed indicators of impairment while talking with Kluth.

He was taken to the Oconto County Jail.
