According to a criminal complaint, Jaelen Durham is now also charged with disorderly conduct and bail jumping for an incident on December 3, 2019.
It happened near the entrance to the Milwaukee County Parks Building in Wauwatosa.
Court documents state an employee at Hart Park Place says she was tackled to the ground by a man who then laid on top of her. The victim later identified Durham to authorities.
Durham is a suspect in similar cases from December and November including assaults on women near University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's campus.
