OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The 18-year-old accused of firing a gun in the parking lot of the Oak Creek Meijer store is bound over for trial.
Alexzander Schlieve pleaded not guilty Friday morning. He was smiling and blew a kiss to someone as he entered the courtroom. Schlieve faces three counts of endangering safety as well as possession of cocaine.
Police believe the incident outside the Meijer in Oak Creek may have been connected to shoplifting.
