Malicki's Piggly Wiggly in Racine to close

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Malicki's Piggly Wiggly, located on Washington Avenue in Racine, announced it is closing its doors. 

According to a Facebook post, the company was hoping to negotiate a lease with their landlord but were unable to come to an agreement. 

"It has been our honor and privilege to serve the Racine community and we are greatly appreciative of your support over the years." 

The exact closing date has not been announced, but the store says it looks to be mid-March.
