Make The Grill Your Friend This Summer

Memorial Day weekend kicks off the unofficial start of summer.  And I'm sure you'll smell the scent of cooked burgers and brats wafting through the air.  I spent a little time with the experts at Whole Foods Market on Milwaukee's east side to get a better understanding of the dos and don't when it comes to backyard grilling.

It's recommended to re-familiarize yourself with the grill every year.  Make sure to keep the lid open when igniting.  Also realize charcoal is a good alternative from the gas type.
