Lt. Brian Murphy Asks Trump About Constitutional Rights of Sikhs

Now Retired Oak Creek police lieutenant, Brian Murphy, was the first on scene at the Sikh Temple shooting in 2012. Murphy was shot 15 times by the gunman, and survived his wounds.

Murphy was at the GOP presidential candidate town hall Tuesday night, and stood up to ask Donald Trump about comments linking minority groups to terrorism.

Murphy explained to trump most people who wear turbans are Sikh, so he asked how Trump would protect their Constitutional rights while dealing with terror threats.
