MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria and Proudly Wisconsin Cheese are marking National Cheese Pizza Day with a Cheese Pull Challenge. The contest runs through Sept. 10 and encourages people to share their best cheese pull on social media.
Matt Roman Lopez with Lou Malnati’s joined us on Friday, Sept. 5 to demonstrate what it's all about.
Customers can enter by ordering pizza for dine-in, pickup or delivery and posting photos or videos to Facebook or Instagram with #LMCheesePullChallenge. One winner will receive free cheese pizza for a year.
Founded in 1971 in Chicago, Lou Malnati’s credits its signature flavor to mozzarella made from Wisconsin milk. Wisconsin produces cheese with 90% of its milk supply.
