In less than six months, June 12-18, the US Open comes to Erin Hills and with that tournament comes a lot of fans.
All of them needing somewhere to stay.
USOpenHousing2017.com is one of several places taking advantage of that market.
The site is run by Coldwell Banker and lists homes that Wisconsin residents are putting up for rent.
There's a $625 a night home for rent in Wauwatosa but the other end of the spectrum has homes like the 5700 square foot home on Lake Keesus in Hartland.
That home is going for $4380 per night or $30,660 for the week. It has a boathouse, indoor swimming pool and a home theater.
"It's corporate companies coming in," explains sales executive John Molitor. "Marketing firms. We're working with golfers, the BBC, marketing firms, people entertaining clients."
"I'm hoping for an executive or a golfer." said homeowner Jan Bence. "Someone that will take care of it and treat it like their own home."
You can still list your home with USOpenHousing2017.com or other firms or places like AirBNB. Molitor says it is a renters' market right now meaning there is a lot of inventory available.
