MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A four-time Wisconsin State Wrestling champion is now a world champion.
Keegan O' Toole is an Arrowhead graduate and freestyle wrestler.
Previously, he won National High School Wrestler of the Year and the NCAA All-American.
Now he's the Junior World Champion!
He won gold in Russia at the 2021 World Junior Wrestling Championships.
O' Toole currently goes to college in Missouri.
He spoke to CBS 58 about his experience, including his thoughts on visiting Russia for the first time and how he celebrated winning the world championship.
