BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two trainers from Life Time Brookfield joined us to demonstrate a Halloween-themed workout on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
The routine, titled ‘SPOOKY,’ features a series of exercises that spell out the acronym. Garrett Van Auken, assistant personal training manager, and Madison Lockard, personal trainer, introduced the workout.
The workout consists of squats, push presses, offset deadlifts, one-arm rows, kettlebell carries, and a chosen abdominal exercise. Participants complete the circuit two to five times, exercising for 30 to 45 seconds with one to two minutes of rest between rounds. The trainers emphasized that the workout can be adjusted for different fitness levels, and they encouraged staying active during the holiday season.
