MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One local business is making it a goal to promote body positivity and inclusivity while also offering a Halloween twist.
Jodyann Morgan, founder of CTOAN Co. joined us on Tuesday, Sept. 19 to discuss her business of crafting candles, the purpose of the business and also how the Halloween version of the candles are being used to benefit a worthwhile cause.
