CBS 58’s Theater Thursdays: ’Project Hail Mary’ and ’Tow’
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former President is unharmed after a shooting incident in West Palm Beach on Sunday, Sept. 15.
The FBI is investigating what is said is an apparent assassination attempt on Donald Trump, according to CNN.
This evening, CBS 58 spoke to Brian Dorow, a former Waukesha County Technical College homeland security teacher.
He was also a deputy assistant secretary for the US Department of Homeland Security during the Trump administration.
"As we should have seen months ago, President Trump's security needs to be enhanced. There's no way anyone should be able to breach a perimeter and get that close during this time," said Dorow. "I would hope as of tonight there would be more resources given to the president. Two attempts is unconciousable."
It is the second time in two months there has been an assassination attempt on the former president.
