Tips for a fraud-free new year
(CBS 58) – Local registered dietician Becky Kerkenbush joined CBS 58 to share information and tips on how to support a healthy immune system.
Kerkenbush says eating a balanced diet and including protein, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Zinc is a good way to stay healthy.
She also says maintaining a healthy weight, staying active and getting enough sleep is important.
