Remember the old "Bob Dylan" lyrics somebody found from an unfinished song about Wisconsin? A local singer has taken the liberty of putting those lyrics to music.
"Oh Wisconsin has a dairy state, guess you all know it well. I was in Wauwatosa, the truth I will tell."
Trapper Schoepp made a recording sound cloud. There is no record of any music for the 1961 lyrics. They were recently put up for auction but didn't sell. For the moment, though, the lyrics and music have come together.
