Local Grocery Store Hours for Thanksgiving Day

Most grocery stores in the area will be closing in the afternoon on Thanksgiving.
According to Meijer, the top five items sold at Meijer on Thanksgiving Day are cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, celery, butter and sweet potatoes.
Meijer will be open 24 hours on Thanksgiving Day.
Here are the times local stores will be closing:
Woodman’s will close on Thanksgiving at 1:30 pm open at 6:00 AM on Black Friday
Metro Market will be open until 3:00 pm
Pick N’ Save will be open until 3:00 PM
Piggly Wiggly will be open until 3:00 PM
Sendik’s is closed
