Local financial expert shares insights on teaching kids about money

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With the back-to-school season underway, many parents are considering how to help their children succeed.

Local financial professional Tony Drake from Drake & Associates joined us on Monday, Aug. 21 to discuss the importance of teaching kids about money.

He mentioned the significance of educating children about finances at every age, an area often overlooked by parents. He also delivered tips about the kinds of "money lessons" parents should be imparting, and ways to talk to adult children about finances.
