MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin experienced 28 tornadoes last year, according to the National Weather Service, surpassing the average of 23 per year.
As severe storms often result in power outages, Clement Feng from Briggs and Stratton Energy Solutions joined us on Tuesday, April 25 to discuss home backup power solutions during severe weather.
He discussed backup power options, including home standby generators and battery backup systems. Additionally, Feng addressed how the Inflation Reduction Act's incentives for green energy installations might extend to battery systems.
