MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two local, small businesses have found a new home in Milwaukee.
Containers Up and Green Frog Sanitation are moving their manufacturing workers to MCTS' former Fiebrantz Bus Garage on West Fiebrantz.
The plan is for the old garage to be restored and revitalized under this new leadership.
Not only that, both companies are looking towards the future, offering internships to students at Rufus King High School.
"This is going to give them some career experience. To learn more about manufacturing, when we think about Milwaukee County, and the partnerships were creating, this is about how we can bring economic stability to Milwaukee County, and to the City of Milwaukee," said David Crowley, Milwaukee County executive.
Along with internships, new jobs are also coming to both companies once they move to their new location.
