WAUWATOSA (CBS 58)--If life's gotten you down these days because of the current pandemic, you can always pick yourself up and make the climb. This is exactly what I did Wednesday morning in Wauwatosa's Hart Park. I did a little tree climbing courtesy of "Treetop Explorer." Owner Curt Andrews says it's a fun sport with a lot of new discoveries everytime you go up high. It's definitely a workout with lots of leg and upper body strength. But the payoff can be enormous.
Andrews offers both group and individual climbs throughout the year at various locations across Wisconsin. Click here if you're interested in learning how to climb trees. Keep in mind masks are required because of Covid, at least when you gearing up on the ground. Also, the class size is limited to eight people to allow for social distancing.
