Lawn Equipment Responsible for Fire in Delafield

On Tuesday, October 11 at 07:42 PM the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office along with fire departments from dozen local communities responded to a report of a structure fire on Summit Avenue in the Town of Delafield.
When authorities arrived a detached garage was fully engulfed. The fire did not spread to other properties, was contained and extinguished.
Investigators believe the fire was started by a piece of lawn care equipment inside of the garage.
No one was injured.
