WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – Some students in Waukesha County will start the school year in a new building.
La Casa de Esperanza opened a new charter school in Waukesha on Friday which will give them more opportunities to reach the kids who need help and support.
“That’s our goal here. To make sure that low income or disadvantaged children have the same opportunities than affluent children,” says Anselmo Villarrell
The school hopes to expand from 170 to 600 students, possibly expanding the kindergarten through second grade classes to include third grade in the future.
