Kenosha County men accused of beating up friend's 14-year-old cognitively disabled brother

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – Two Kenosha County men are accused of beating up their friend's cognitively disabled brother.

According to the criminal complaint, James Williams and Darryl Dutton went to their friend's house and hit the 14-year-old victim with a golf club.

One of them bit the victim in the shoulder.


The complaint says they were making fun of the victim because of his weight.
