Jury selected in case of former Hales Corners firefighter accused in fatal shooting

Caesar Fuentes is charged in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Andre Nicholson in December of 2020.
Investigators say the two were arguing over who had the better basketball team when Fuentes shot Nicholson several times.
Fuentes resigned from the fire department following the shooting.
Thirteen jurors were selected Monday.
Opening statements will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
