CBS 58 MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Judge Hannah Dugan's legal team has updated its motion to dismiss the charges against her.
Dugan is accused of helping an undocumented migrant elude ICE agents. She's pleaded not guilty.
The motion to dismiss argues several points in new detail, including judicial immunity.
Court documents say Dugan is protected by US constitutional history and centuries-old law.
Dugan's federal trial starts in July.
