Jrue Holiday nominated for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion award

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A nice honor for Jrue Holiday and former Marquette standout Juan Toscano Anderson -- both have been nominated for the inaugural Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion award.

They are two of five finalists for the award.

The winner will receive a $100,000 donation to the organization of their choice. 

Twenty-five thousand goes to the other four finalists. 

Holiday has chosen Expo of Wisconsin, which works to end mass incarceration.
