Jordan Niebrugge picks up sponsorship from local Rite-Hite
Rite-Hite is now sponsoring local professional golfer Jordan Niebrugge.
The 23-year-old Mequon native is competing in his first ever U.S. Open hosted by Erin Hills.
Niebrugge captured the attention of the golfing world with his 6th-place finish at the 2015 British Open as an amateur. Before hitting it large internationally, the young golfer earned the attention of Milwaukee-area sports reporters for his play at Homestead High School. Niebrugge turned pro in 2016 after a stellar 4-year career at Oklahoma State University, where he garnered first team Big 12 honors.
“We are very excited to support a local talent like Jordan Niebrugge and we look forward to watching him grow and develop as a professional golfer,” said Joe Manone, President of Rite-Hite Products Corporation. “He’s not only a promising golfer, he’s an exceptional young man with great potential.” For his part, Niebrugge says, “I could not be more excited to partner with Rite-Hite. It is an honor to represent them as I compete at the professional level, knowing that I have their support.”
Rite-Hite, a Milwaukee-based company, is a major supporter of civic and charitable organizations in the Greater Milwaukee area, sponsoring and hosting a variety of events and fundraisers.
